六田技術能力-模具制造(戰略合作合伙Strategic partnership )

憑借累積十幾年從事超精密模具的金屬加工技術、經驗，定位以坐標磨床(J/G) 為主要項目的超精密加工，從精密度享譽世界的美國Moore、瑞土Hauser、日本東芝，日本牧野，日本0kamoto、 日本Seibu、日本松下、英國泰勒，德國蔡司等公司購入超精密加工及檢測設備，以保證模具精密定位及零件精度，加工精度已達到納米級目標。

CNC\線割火花放電加工能力中心(CNC \ wire cutting \ EDM capability Center )

冠馳、大力、永進及牧野銑床13臺，主要負責模架熱處理前的鉆孔攻牙銑削等開粗以及熱處理后的精銑加工；配套日本雅士達兩臺，東芝一臺，主要針對模架模仁的超精密加工:線割組現有西部及慶鴻共5臺，主要從事模架及零配件的線割加工。放電組現有5臺SDK，主要負責模仁的精密加工。

唐削加工能力中心(Grinding capacity Center)

研磨組共有6臺磨床，其中粗磨3臺建德及半精磨3臺岡本，以及超精密全軸油靜壓磨床，主要是模架的平面及外形的精度控制。坐標磨組共有6臺磨床，其中粗磨3臺摩爾及精磨3臺豪澤，主要是模架的模仁孔等加工，其中豪澤H2000是目前全球精度更高的。

超精密加工能力中心(U1tra precision machining capability Center )

超精密組共有東芝4 臺，其中ULC100F兩臺，ULC100DS一臺，LG100一臺，主要從事模仁及襯套的納米級超精密加工。

超高精密檢測能力中心(U1tra high precision testing capability Center )

部門擁有光學、IC模具最精密的檢測設備，如德國蔡司三坐標、三豐影像三次元QV、英國泰勒輪廓儀、三豐工具顯微鏡、激光量測儀、圓度儀以及日本松下UA3P等，對公司內部制程、出貨全檢，持續改善品質。
